Why would you build it before I pay?
Because it works. A finished site is a better pitch than a proposal, and we're fast enough that building first costs us less than a sales process would. If you don't want it, you just don't buy it.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, your current website or Google listing, and a way to reach you. That's enough for the preview. For the paid build we'll ask for any photos you want used, your logo if you have one, and a quick yes on the content.
Do I actually own it?
Yes. The domain stays in your name, the site is yours, and you get the full source code. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you.
What about my current domain and email?
We point your existing domain to the new site. Your email is not touched — it keeps working exactly as it does today.
What's the catch on 48 hours?
The clock starts when you've paid and approved the content. If you take a week to send photos, we can't launch in 48 hours — but the moment you're ready, we are.
Can you write the words?
Yes. We write the copy for every page based on your services, your area, and what your reviews say customers love. You approve it before launch.
Is the care plan required?
No. Your first year of hosting is included in the $1,500. The care plan is for owners who want someone to call for edits and never want to think about hosting or security.
