Rebuilt in 48 ("we") builds websites for businesses. This page says plainly what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Preview requests: your name, business name, current website, email, phone (optional), and anything you write in the notes box.
Purchases: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, business details, and the amount paid. We never see or store your card number.
Website content: to build your site we use information that is already public about your business (your current site, Google Business Profile, public reviews) plus anything you send us.
Basic server logs: IP address, browser, and pages visited, kept briefly for security and debugging.

What we do with it

Build and send your preview, and if you buy, build and launch your site.
Reply to you. We don't add preview requesters to a newsletter or drip campaign.
Send receipts and project updates to paying customers.

What we don't do

Sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except the services we need to operate: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email).
Publish your preview publicly. Previews live at private, unlisted links we send only to you, and are excluded from search engines.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@rebuiltin48.com. We'll confirm within a few business days. Paid-project records are retained as long as needed for tax and accounting.
